Hi There,
This is Sonali Shaw, I am writing this email about an issue faced with my recent order.
I ordered a Dreambucket embroidered bollywood georgette saree for Rs **** Order ID- OD****************** and FEEL TRACK Solid Men Grey Basic Shorts for Rs *** Order Id OD****************** my account - sonali shaw .My registered mobile number is **********.
This was a COD order from flipkart and I had returned it on Date- **th November **** . It has been over * months but I haven't got my refund yet and it twice happens with me I had returned another product on *th May **** but it didn't got my refund.. I have checked this with Flipkart customer care team and they mentioned that the refund has been processed and acknowledged me with a Refund Reference Number (RRN)- ************ and the another one is ************ and had asked me to check this with Bank.
I have been in regular touch with my bank and they have strongly mentioned that there is no refund in my account with this RRN.
I feel helpless and for months
