I paid amount of Rs **** to airtel via online mode of payment for broadband connection. The sales person did not check if there was fiber available in my area and took the payment. Later technician came and informed me that fiber is not available in my area. Since then i have been calling airtel to get the refund. Its has already been * days of cancellation and every tine i call i get to hear a new story from representatives. They all are cheats and i am still struggling to get amount of Rs **** back.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
