Zapvi - Refund Replacement not received

I have ordered ** pieces of mask from Zapvi but when I completed the online payment it turned my order into ** pack of masks and just after I mailed them the issue and asked them to refund as per their policy. But they refused and sent the items and I returned the product by paying a courier charge of RS. ** just after the receiving. And mailing them since may and june but they never replying to my mails. I asked them send me the replacement product of sanitizers but they are not responding the mails.
Please help me in this concern.
