I had placed an order for a phone case cover for iPhone ** from Zapvi (Order ID: ********) on **th July ****. At the time of purchase, the estimated delivery date was shown as *rd August ****. However, even after the expected date has passed, I have not received my product.
have already made the payment online, but there has been no update regarding the shipping or delivery status. I tried contacting their customer support via phone and email, but I have received no response.
I request either an immediate delivery of my product or a full refund.
