Zapvi - Order not placed but money debited

I had checked out my cart with * backcases and in the payment page when I paid through UPI after a successful transaction it came back to the order page but after a lot of time it just came out and the order was not placed, but my money was debited. No proper response from email or anything. They are just casually saying we didnt receive the money. But it is clear from the bank side that it has reached the vendor
