Saranjoy filed complaint against Nobroker on Feb 17, 2021
On December **th ****, I have opted Nobroker super relax plan for Rs **** which turn out to be Rs ****.** after **% GST.
I was ensured by one of the agents from Nobroker that money will be refunded if I didn't get a room from their side within ** days.
Lucky I got room within a week from one of my friends and I have requested for refund. They asked me to provide a rental agreement
paper which I have done on **th January ****. They told me that I'll get update regards to refund within ** to ** days which didn't happen at all. I got update stating that refund request has been rejected on **th Feb **** so funny and the reason is my current address does not fall under my request. They are just giving excuses so that they don't have to refund. My current location falls under BTM *th Stage pin code ****** which is under the location i have requested. Moreover, they have shown me few room which is not under the location which I have not requested. They have shown me one room in the next cross from my current room. It is totally fraud and from their side, i have seen only * rooms and in my account, it is reflecting as ** rooms I have visited what a surprise and this is how they cheat their royal customer. It is very obvious they don't want to refund and a complete fraud. Why they have this refund plan when they have already decided to cheat their customer better to remove this option. I think I'm not the only customer who's been targeted by them. Service level is too poor and STOP Cheating your own customers time and money.
