Jeeves - Refrigerator spare part not yet delivered

I purchased extended warranty from Jeeves My refrigerator not working so I raised a complaint and it's been a month they said that the product will be delivered within ** working days. From past ** days i'm talking with Jeeves executive every time they give false promises and product not yet dispatched also. I don't know how flipkart working with this Jeeves service. Not at all satisfied with the service and I dont even know the spare part will be delivered to me.
I want to take it to consumer forum and need to get proper punishment for this type of service.
