Samsung - refrigerator not replaced

I purchased samsung convertible refrigerator on **.**.****. Since the very first day I am having issues with it. The freezer door does not open again before *minutes and there is manufacturing problem in the drainage pipe. All the food items stored in it gets destroyed. The product makes sound very often. I have been complaining about it since a long time and the company engineers were initially stating that it is new that is why it is like this, with time it'll work perfectly. Finally after *-* complaints the senior engineer on **.**.**** told that there is some manufacturing defect and therefore the product will be replaced but after deducting **% from the initial amount of *****. Why am I supposed to bear the **% deduction when it was the company who was at fault due to delay in taking action.
