Harshit Gupta filed complaint against samsung refrigerator on Dec 25, 2020
I have been using Samsung Fridge for * years ...when I bought it there was an issue regarding cooling after some time and afte * years there is again the same issue in every half of the month.
I registered the complaint on *th of July and afte **-** visits of engineer and changing some parts they said it will work ...but in a month there was same issue and again they changed another part and said it will work...and then again I faced the same issue...then this month they came and asking to change part first they ask to change other part and while changing they realize no this part works so they need to change another part costing approx ****
They earlier changed the part and they have no assurity that earlier parts changed were damaged...they just changed.
Approx *-* complaints have been registered from month of July to month of December.
Neither there is a proper communication from the service company nor they are providing a permanent solution.
