Samsung Refrigerator - Extended Warranty not provided

I have purchased Samsung refrigerator on APR ** from Flipkart during the purchase I have buy additional extended Warranty for * years.
After completing brand warranty I have registered the claim on last ** October **. Based on my claim visiting the technical and some parts are identified to replace. Also received the confirmation part are order once received will complete the service. Then after some of days received mail from service provider part not available. Then after flowing declare part not covered the warranty.
Am completely studied the policy. There is not specific anything.
Provided cheeting with me. All mail communication available.
