Geet filed complaint against Samsung Refrigerator on Sep 27, 2021
I bought a double door convertible fridge * years back. It stopped working now, servicing technician came after many days, then send order for replacement of sensors. Replacement of sensors done after one month. After one month of application of sensors again fridge stopped working. Now I again launched complain, but to my great disappointed no one came till today, third day of complain. Fridge is not working and lots of material in it had been spoilt, and the mental harassment that I suffer is beyond any compensation.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
