I am the resident of Vill. Sughal Po Bharmar Teh.Jawali Distt kangra H. P .I purchased Lg refrigerator from Bansal trading Co. Jassore on Dated **/**/**** of worth Rs *****/ -ref invoice No. ***. In the monthe of April. it is found that the it has some problem then I Contacted for repair for the same on dated **/**/**** and the product was repaired on dated **/**/**** ( Ref invoice No.****& ****) amounting Rs ***/-& Rs ****/- . In **** my product face same problem and charged Rs ****/ for affixing the problem without any billing.Further in the m/o June **** my product again face problem and charged Rs ***/& ****/- invoice No.*****& ***** . But the fault was not fixed properly then Due to Lock down I proceed to the consumer Form on line (Copy attached)in the m/o July **** and a legal Notice was given to the Company But the Company didnot responded and my refrigerator is not working properly . kindly do as necessary as early as possible.
