Recently, I opened an account of my cousin sister using the my referral code. I received received confirmation message from upstox saying thank you for referring *person's name*, once your friend successfully opens upstox amount, the referral reward will successfully be credited to your account.
Even after opening her account, I till didn't recieve the reward and after talking with the customer care twice and customer service call and raising a ticket, they keep saying that the person didn't click on the link while opening the account.
They aren't giving any logical answer to why I received a confirmation message from upstoc that I successfully referred the person.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
