Exitel broadband - referral amount and rude behavior of customer care lady

I actually referred my neighbor .but i did not get referral free month.so i raised complaint on that.
after ** days i got a call from customer care. she argued for ** min..and after that a asked her to transferer my call to superior, she says i spoke, with them, but what she spoke is not telling. and again and again i asked her to transfer call after ** min she muted me on call...while am writing this still she is on call its ** min nw...still she is not disconnected my call and not speaking and not responding am adding screenshot..
