Exitel broadband - Amount refund

I have obtained and broadband connection on **/**/**** my paying an amount of rupees Rs. ****.** as security deposit with the local partner Arpitha Cable Network pipeline Vijaynagar Bengaluru but I have already surrendered the modem on Nov **** but till date I have not received any refund of my security deposit
