D2h Videocon - Reduced subscription date even after paying for year
Umendra Bhadauria filed complaint against D2h Videocon on Nov 3, 2020
I had made payment of ₹****/- on **th Sept **** through app for year and expecting *year +* month extra subscription for main and mirror connection (********)
I got SMS confirmation also for *year +* month effective till Oct **th ****.
Next day my plan for both connections changed and add on channel started without my consent and subscription time reduced to July **th ****.
I tried to speak to customer care and send several mails but nothing happened.
Zee news stopped and even after repeated calling I am not able to access to mobile app.
Pl help
