Magicpin - Redemption issue

I bought a pvr inox cinemas movie voucher of *** which I got it for ***
so when I tried using the voucher it's showing it's already being redeemed.
How come it could get refund when I just bought a minutes ago....
I have complained to pvr inox they said this voucher is not working you have to contact the magicpin about it
but when I tried contacting them through support they're solving my issue... it's being ** days now since I bought my voucher....
all I get to hear from their support team is that they have escalated the issue to their team....i don't know how much time it will take them to resolveee...
also when I tried texting the support they're aren't replying....
