RED BUS - RED BUS NOT REFUNDED OUR PAYMENT

We book bus ticket through online red bus for **.**.**** from Jamshedpur to Angul. Confirmed seat no- "R**" alloted to me. Ticket no- TU**********, PNR no- *A*J**SS, BUS operator called me at evening to bus has been cancled due to rout clearance.we asked for refund then he told me that he already intiated the payment refund process. we see after one week , payment not refunded then we discussed with red bus customer care, He/she registed our complaine after discusstion with bus operator two or more time. but yet now we not received payment. our complaint has registered successfully under support id- ********.we are still awiting for refund.
