Red Bus - Red Bus left me and my parents stranded at night

I was supposed to be travelling with my family when the bus left us stranded at night and did not even communicate. I tried calling them again and again but the bus operator kept saying stay at the location. I tried calling the red bus again and again in hope of any support. I tried getting in touch with their support but nothing worked. They still haven't replied back on the issue which makes me very frustrated. They shared the pickup point on which I waited, but the bus never arrived. Also, the bus operator treated us very harshly and badly and never picked us up. This caused me and my parents, who are senior citizens so much trouble. We were left with no choice at night.
All our bookings, the hotels at the destination, the return tickets were already made but were useless if we could not get there. We were harassed by the Redbus company mentally and physically. We suffered a lot and had to take a loss. I want my money back plus concession for all the troubles.
