I made a reservation with a red bus in Dec **** for travel in Feb ****. It was a tempo traveller - please see attached details.
My apathy is as below -
*. I was promised a new bus when I had made the reservation. The bus I received had torn seats, dirty, full of dust, urine smell. We were supposed to start our journey at * am, pick some friends from the airport and then leave for Coorg. Given the condition of the bus, we called a red bus for a solution - they picked my call up for the first time, promised to call back with a solution in ** mins. They never called back and they never picked my call again. I had to fight with the driver, bus company (rhutvik voyages tours and travels) and managed to somehow get a new bus. Loss - * hours delay in trip initiation, * cabs from the airport cost us rs **** and mental harassment.
*. My ticket (please see attached) clearly mentions that we had the bus covered from * am *nd Feb **** – *th Feb **** * am. Since some friends had to catch a flight on the *th Feb ****, we had clearly asked the red bus to give us that option. They had agreed on the call we had in Dec ****. However, on *th Feb ****, the driver said that a drop to the airport is not possible. I started calling red bus, rhutvik voyages tours and travels for a solution. They kept stalling me without a solution. I asked the red bus to connect me to the manager – and after a wait, for ** mins they cancelled my call and did not pick my calls again. Loss - * cabs to the airport cost us rs ****, mental harassment and frustration.
*. Red bus as a company is a con organization. They promise everything and deliver nothing. Their call centre has the most incompetent people I have come across. I would highly urge you to please go through my call logs from Dec **** to Feb **** to witness the ordeal I had to go through. Loss – failure to enjoy a well-planned trip.
