Red Bus - Red bus fraud

Mene apne relative Abhishek Nandan ki red bus se Gorakhpur se Delhi ki booking kari jiske liye red bus ne mujhse **** rupees charge kare. Mera red bus ticket no (TN*R********) and pnr no. (**MJYK*R) hai jo bas raj travels ki thi. Ye bus **/*/** ko *: ** pm ko Gorakhpur se chalke **/*/** ko *:** am ko Delhi pahuchni thi. Pehle to bus apne time se * hrs late chali. Fir raaste me Lucknow me bus ka driver bus chod ke bhaag gya subah * bje. Isse sabhi yaatrio ko bhaut pareshani hui jiski wajah se mere relative ko ** bje interview ke liye Delhi pahuchna tha or wo next day **/*/** ko *:** pm ko Delhi pahucha. Iski mene red bus se complaint bhi kari but unhone koi action nahi liya. Bs *** refund kia.
