Indusind Bank Credit Card - Recovery agents harassment

I have a credit card from Indusind Bank and I was unable to pay the emi since last * months since I had medical emergencies in the family. A recovery agent called me and asked for payment when I asked for some time to pay he started abusing me. He also called my office people and abused them also. This is wrong and against the rules. Please do something to stop this.
