I want to register a complaint against IndusInd Bank for not honoring the Amazon Pay & Flipkart vouchers under the INR **,*** welcome benefit, as per the published terms for their Pinnacle World Credit Card. Multiple written requests to the bank and Gyftr have failed to resolve the issue.
This is a clear case of mis-selling and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
Requesting urgent help to resolve and direct the bank to fulfill its promised offer.
