Theresa filed complaint against Indusind Bank Credit Card on Dec 20, 2023
I have received a credit card from IndusInd Bank and the joining fee was Rs. **,*** + GST (Total Rs.**,***).
As a joining reward they promised to give me Rs.**,*** worth gift card points.
However, gift card worth Rs. **** was expired without prior notice.
The bank can call ** days everyday including weekends to sell a credit card, but not bother to remind the customer that their joining benefits are going to expire.
I paid Rs. **,*** but the benefit I received was just Rs, ****, I want to get my stolen money back.
Additionally, I want to warn the people to be award of IndusInd Bank who is a Fraud
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
