Ordered realme buds bluetooth earphone on **.*.**
recieved delivery on **.*.****
Item defective becuase left earbud goes power off every * mins. flipkart shows return policy till *.*.**** but not accepting return and telling to contact service center of realme. My question why do i accept defective item and then repair it from service centre.
