Myntra - Recieved wrong product from myntra and they denied to provide the return for that

Hello! I ordered Louis phillipe * piece formal suit which came original first time but because fitting issue I requested exchange of another Louis phillipe * piece formal suit for which I also paid extra! But they delivered completely wrong brand product. I raised my query on *th July the day they delivered wrong product itself...I also provided the unboxing video proof and images ,still they denied to accept my proofs and said everything is right from their side even though anyone can clearly see the product wrong and from different brand. They gave me last update on **th July stating everything is right from their side and they cannot accept my query. I have lost my hard earned **** rupees even after patiently waiting for ** days.
