Flipkart - Recieved wrong item

I am Sanjay,

I ordered mivi S** sound bar in flipkart . After receiving the package. I found the product are wrong.In SOUND BAR place there is KBK speaker.packing are not good in inside the box .

So I request to return the product .but when customer care executive return raises the return always rejected almost all * times .After completing * days they blocked my flipkart account.

Please take appreciate action
Please initiate my refund or unblock my flipkart account
