Nykaa beauty - Recieved wrong and missing products

I've ordered ** products during pink Friday sale. I've received them in **th July. Among the ** products only two products were right and rest * products were all wrong which I havnt even ordered for. When I filed for return they asked for ** hours to jnvestigate but its been more than * days they havnt still responded what they going to do. I've emailed them clear pictures of the wrong items received along with invoice and packaging box. The wrong products are still in there sealed packs, untouched and unused. They have put the request on hold. I tried raising a complaint from the app but the images get distorted and they put it on hold stating I've uploaded blurry pictures for which I've emailed them clearer pictures so many times.
