I order a plum niacinamide serum but it's not delivered. Do I call help line and ask about my parcel then thay say no problem it's delivered within ** to ** hours so I wait but didn't get any parcel. Again I call helpline and I cancelled by parcel and I ask for refund so they told me it's refund you within * day's but they can't refund my money. Today is *rd day but didn't get it. So I want to take legal step against nykaa app.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
