I ordered a vegetarian pizza but was delivered chicken kebab instead. To make matters worse, the support ticket was closed automatically, showing a complete lack of accountability. This is a serious mistake—sending non-vegetarian food against a vegetarian order is unacceptable. My Order ID was ***************, but I received Order ID ***************.
Although the payment of *** was eventually refunded, I still want to file a complaint for the mental distress caused and the over two hours of valuable time wasted dealing with this issue.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
