I have ordered one refrigerator on **th Sept which was about to get deliver on *th of Oct but I have not Recieved the product on assured delivery date, after so may followups I have Recieved my order on **th of Oct, and when the person came for installation I got to know that I have Recieved a damaged product. Immediately on **th October I have requested for replacement on flipkart app but now it's been more than a month I have made this purchase and not getting any resolution from flipkart.
I have posted many queries on their app, on their Twitter handle and also through email but I am not getting any resolution on my order.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
