Swapna filed complaint against Airtel on Dec 28, 2020
I have recharged for Rs **** which is an international roaming pack by then I got a message saying that the pack didn't get activated. However the amount has been deducted. I called immediately to customer care and they said the pack will get activated within * hours if not asked me to recharge again and the amount which deducted earlier will be refunded. Since the pack was not activated in the mentioned timeline I recharged again. After a month I contacted to refund and did follow up with Airtel customer service so many times however they said the pack activated twice. If they provided proper information i would have not done recharge again. Really such a bad and worst customer support I got which caused me to spent my money with no use. And no one helped and till now I haven't received the amount. Bad customer support and Bad company which just stole my money worth of ****Rs which is not a small amount right?
