ANUP KUMAR BISWAL filed complaint against Jio on Sep 3, 2023
My service request no: SR*****PKLOC is not resolved by Jio Care. Please check and process the same as soon as possible. Everytime I receive the message that refund is in process and will be credited in ** days, although till date I have not received any refund.
Please take this issue seriously.
During the last ** days i have been facing mental pressure because of false promises made by Jio.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
