Sir I have recharged my jio number from phonepe application on ** April **** meanwhile my ₹*** has been deducted but recharge is still in process.. I talked to phonepe they said they have escalated the concerns to jio then I talked to jio they said they didn't get any recharge request on my number.. Then I demanded for refund from phonepe and phonepe denied refund.. .. They told me to wait for ** hours it's already two days now they are saying to wait till ** April **** ... It's very frustrating to wait for the own money neither I'm getting my recharge nor do I'm getting my refund. Phonepe is only ignoring my concern
