Phonepe Mobile App - Recharge has not been done but money deducted.

I have done recharge of *** on my airtel number through phonepe. Massage shown that your bank not pay to airtel. Then I done recharge again and same massage shown. Money deducted both times. In phonepe wallet shown that recharge successful but recharge not done on my number.

I have contact many times to phonepe customer but they not resolve my problem.
Because of this I have face many problems.
