On **nd may **** I recharged my jio mobile number for *** plan twice
Both the times the amount was deducted from UPI and bank account and JIO app showed a message that recharge was successful. But after checking later the recharge did not reflect for the number and also not in the payment summary.
I was asked to check with my banks, and banks confirmed that the money was successfully sent to JIO. When banks tried to file dispute against the JIO, they did not get any response as well.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
