I bought a TV, which is an ** cm (** inch) QLED HD Ready Smart Google TV, from Flipkart on October **th. and that TV was delivered on *th November, and the TV was defective and had a screen issue that only showed a black screen, and the defectiveness was also verified by the installer, who came from Flipkart to install the TV. So I raise a replacement request to the Flipkart on the same day of delivery, but the Flipkart only extends the date of the replacement and is not resolving my issue. They only say that the technician is not coming to check the TV to verify that the TV is defective they only extend the date and are also not refunding my payment. I want to solve my problem as soon as possible.
