Craze & Demand - Received wrong products

I placed * orders on the website of craze and demand for ****.
But I received * sarees of very cheap quality and not as described in the website.
Also, the website doesn't not provide any option to replace. On sending message, whatsapp and mail to their customer support, there is no response from them. I need my money to be refunded and regret to have placed an order with such an irresponsible online shop..plz make necessary arrangements to ban such websites to save consumers falling as victims like me...
