naveen filed complaint against Myntra on Oct 2, 2018
Following is the last email I sent to Myntra which can enlighten the whole issue:-
I received the wrong product on **th sept, then you generated an exchange request for this. But when your courier boy came, he refused to pick it up and said "it is not the same product which is in my phone picture". Then I called myntra and gave the phone to that courier boy but nothing changed. Myntra executive asked me wait for * business days and committed me to pick that product within that time frame but nothing happened.
Then on **th or **th september, I called myntra and asked for the solution, the guy told me to place a return request and he said we have approved your return, this time courier boy will not cross check with any picture in his phone and will pick up your product. On same day that courier boy came and again he refused to take that product and again said "this doesn't match with his phone's picture". Then I again called myntra, courier boy talked to myntra agent who gave him her agent id and asked him to pick this up right then as it had already approved otherwise we will register a complaint against you, BUT still he refused. Then myntra agent committed me to have this pick up by the end of the same day But nothing happened.

I paid for this order on **th, till now neither I received my product nor my refund.
It's been ** days today and you are unable to solve this issue till now. I have suffered a lot to get the right product or have my money back.
I call almost daily for this issue, every time your agents just ask me to wait for some more days and place return request again and again but every time same boy comes with his same information. You claim that you provide very good services but the truth is you are not even able to handle your own courier team till now, which is so pathetic.
