Description of Complaint
- The ordered product was OnePlus Nord Wired Earphones with Mic, *.*mm Audio Jack (Order ID: ******, placed on *nd October ****)[*].
- Instead, a different item – Imuzix Stereo Sound Royal Bass Series IM-**** – was delivered on *th October **** against the above AWB.
- The delivered product is not what was ordered, resulting in a clear case of wrong product delivery[*].
Actions Taken
- The incident was reported to the company’s customer service immediately via email and calls.
- No response has been received so far from Dealclear regarding the complaint.
- Attempts to contact customer service through calls and WhatsApp (via ***********) were unsuccessful.
