Dealclear - Product not working

I have just now received M* smart band from Dealclear.com. In the product description, they have mentioned like MI band and later I have got a normal band and that too not working. So that in their policy they have mentioned like take a video of the product if the product is not working. So that I have sent mail no response. I have called customer service number ********** gentleman asking about order ID and the total value of the product. He asked do you have GPay account and what is the balance right now I said less than thousand suddenly he told no refund and disconnected the call. Later I called from another number after making my account more than thousand rupees he said no refund and disconnected my call. Later I tired from different number disconnected the call after hearing my voice. Later my friend contacted him with his number then he asked order id, order value and asked about g pay account and bank linked with the account. He said I have **** rupees and he told no Rs.**** is needed and disconnected. The totals fraud website. Kindly help me to get my money back. I can't able to give money for the repaired device. My order ID: *****.
