I ordered the mobile phone Mi **X *** GB (Celestial Silver) * GB RAM, Dual SIM *G online from tatacliq.com. Order ID:*********.
I have received the phone with tempered (opened) box and with different colour (luner white).
As I have get checked the IMEI Number with the MI authorised service center for the ordered phone Mi **X *** GB (Celestial Silver) * GB RAM, Dual SIM *G.
I have been informed that the phone has already been activated on **th Sept. ****. However the phone has been delivered to me on *th November, ****.
So it has been confirmed that I have received the used product from Tatacliq.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
