Saribhandar - Received saree which doesn't match decription cloth is cheap material

First thing they say soft silk n it's such cheap cloth I expected atleast synthetic silk kind but it very cheap I cant keep this saree I want to return n refund. No one from saree bhandar is helping me out I tried by mail and WhatsApp also to contact till now no response The item was delivered on **-**-****. Kindly help me out
