Saribhandar - Refund not provided

Geeta gokhale filed complaint against Saribhandar on Jan 28, 2020

I ordered * sarees from saribhandar and they were delivered but very poor quality. as per the return policy I packed those sarees and sent them by courier, I had to spend *** rs for the courier charges too. but they did not refund the money neither respond to email. the phone number given on the site is not working.
