I have ordered two Saree from their collection what appeared on their site stating it's pure linen. But I received two duplicate Sarees of different material and entirely different colour and design. I really feel cheated. I have sent emails but no response from them. They have not given any contact numbers so that means they are purposely cheating the public.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
