Please check for order history *. The Ecovacs product ordered by us should be *.*kg in weight and with different dimension. How can i vacuum cleaner be *.* kg. The actual dimensions will be much bigger and it cannot fit in such a small box *. I am attaching pics of order received with order ID clearly mentioned. Any one can read and make sense that Amazon is a cheat company and is only making profits by cheating individual customers. I WANT A REFUND OF MY AMOUNT
