I got incomplete order from swiggy and asked delivery guy to wait to check order as it seem incomplete but he ran away and after asking him he says he doesn't know at all about all this I told him I will complain about it he told go and do it nothing will happen and the very same happen customer support was very prompt nothing we can do sorry for this I just got reply we will reorder it for you or replace it with in ** hours if person is going out how do you think it will suffice him .
So worst service and staff and they are telling rate restaurant what the hell they have done so blaming on other counterpart is only a safe path for swiggy cusyy satisfaction is not an option
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
