Byfocals - Received incomplete different and defective product

I have ordered a suit on **.**.**** as cash on delivery, Order:#BY**** from Byfocals of ****-JS,AWB:************* of Rs.****.**. On **.**.****, I received the order, but after opening, I came to know that the product is different, incomplete, defective and of very bad quality. I wanted to return the product. So, I find the contact no.(**********) of customer care and after calling on the same day, I was told to write a mail to byfocalscare@gmail.com for my concern, because over the phone call it cann’t be resolved. Hence, I mailed on **.**.****, for which I got a reply on **.**.**** as under:
Dear Customer,
Greetings from Byfocals.com!!
We apologize that we could not come up to your expectations, kindly share the below-required details,
*) Order Number
*) Clear Images of received product,
*) Image of Courier slip
Note :
*) The refund for the product will be given as reward points in the Byfocals wallet and that can be used in your next order.
*) The Reward points will be valid for * year after issuing in the wallet.
*) For returning the product, the customer needs to send the parcel by self- courier at our address.
*) In case the product is damaged, the Customer Care Team will check and validate the return and refunds.
