I purchased an item against order Num: ********* on **rd Dec**** but Tatacliq sent me a wrong item inside the package. Regarding that, I called tatacliq customer care and they submitted a return request. The logistics team picked up the product and delivered it to the seller but after a few days, I came to know that the Quality check failed at the seller's end. I really don't understand how this happened since the product delivered is completely wrong. There is no resolution provided, though it has been a month nearly. Whenever I drop an email to them, they will mention I will get an update in * days but my money is stuck.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
