Dear Head of customer support team,
I was purchased samsung refrigerator on **th of sep ** by local dealer of Valsad city( dealer jay bhatt- **********) and I received delivery of refrigerator **st of sep ** and same day demonstration also by two young **- ** years of guys where they had no any dressing senses, no any knowledge as well as no any good behavior.
After * to * days in morning I found some dents in refrigerator and at same time I contact the local delar jay bhatt, demo man ghulfam (**********) brief about these things and provide snapshot of dent refrigerator also even also called reliance digital customer care and booked service request tickets.
But till time I am not getting any solutions from reliance side and at today morning I called jay bhatt and gulfam as well his boss where they alls confirmed me company refused your request , you kept slient and sit to happy with your Dents refrigerator
Team I am requesting to help me out for this issues either with my refunds amount or new refrigerator.
Dear Team,
I want my whole money back or replacement of the refrigerator instead of this dented refrigerator.
As per your dealer commitment sir you are lucky who complain within * days , thats i received commitment from reliance dealer side.
Reliance bloody hell company can you come front of me with your * engineers boys again who came for demonetisation.
Two young boys came for a demo that looked like Galli chaap lukha without any knowledge , sense of dressup style , or any good talking behaviour.
Instead me helping me out you give me such line "while installation work team not found such dent in unit also it has not been highlighted from your side"
You come again in front of me with your engineers then reliance you found who is right and who are wrong me or reliance company.
I shifted as beacholur in Valsad city recently at the time of delivery and demo of refrigerator i was taken some half and hours of leave for this , i was not able to saw dented place in product but where are reliance your engineers.
On which basis reliance is able to confirm while the installation work team did not find such a dent in the unit also it has not been highlighted from your side.
Can reliance have any proper proof for this ??
Or I wanted to know can reliance confirm me which kind of customer wants to disturb and harass their own shelves by all these kinds of problems and why ?
Reliance have some answers for above asked questions , if you have please let me know - waiting for the same.
We regret to inform you that the unit replacement/ refund is not possible.
Answer - i want my whole refund amount or a new refrigerator instead of a dented refrigerator as simple as that last from my side.
Hope reliance delivers the same and help me out for that.
